PMC Property tax Department – (The Karbhari News Service) – Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) launched a pilot inspection campaign in accordance with the 40% property tax exemption for self-use residential properties in Pune city. In accordance with the 40% discount on self-use residential proeperties in the Pune Municipal Corporation area, Vadgaon Dhairi, Vadgaon Budruk and Hingane areas were visited on a pilot basis from May 6. If the income earner is living on his own, 40% discount from him PT-3 form was transferred to citizens. If the income holder is living on his own, the verification was done according to the documents submitted by the income holder while filling the PT 3 form.
Based on this, the Pune Municipal Corporation is now going to conduct this inspection campaign in the entire city. In this PT 3 will be filled immediately from the citizens. property holder will get discount only if he lives in the house himself. Jagtap said. Jagtap said that this is going to be the last concession for the citizens. After this opportunity to fill PT 3 form will not be given. 500 employees from various departments will be taken for this.
