PMC Junior Engineer Recruitment – (The Karbhari News Service) – There is an opportunity to become a Junior Engineer (Civil) in Pune Municipal Corporation. The Municipal Corporation has published an advertisement for 169 posts. Accordingly, candidates can apply from October 1, i.e. tomorrow, to October 31. Applications are invited online on the website https://www.pmc.gov.in/b/recruitment from eligible candidates who fulfill the educational qualifications and other requirements as mentioned in the advertisement to fill the vacant posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) in the technical cadre in Category ‘C’ in the establishments of Pune Municipal Corporation through direct service recruitment process.

1 Online application registration start date – 1/10/2025
2Last date for submission of online application – 31/10/2025, till 23:59
3. Last date for payment of examination fee online – 1/10/2025 to 31/10/2025
4 Date of availability of online admit card for the exam – 7 days before the exam
5 Online Exam Date – Will be announced as soon as possible
The date, time and centre of the examination will be mentioned in the admit card. Information regarding possible changes will be disseminated on the Pune Municipal Corporation website from time to time.

Pay Scale – As per 7th Pay Commission – S 14 – 38600 to 122800
Qualification – Must have passed a full-time degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Meanwhile, out of the 27879 candidates who had applied after the advertisement was published earlier, the state government has given instructions to allow candidates who have crossed the age limit to apply. Due to this, these candidates have got relief. Because the applications of all these candidates will be accepted. Moreover, all these candidates were also given the opportunity to change their caste category. Accordingly, 4419 candidates have logged in and taken advantage of the opportunity to change the category of social or parallel reservation.
