Why is it important that you walk barefoot once a week?  |  Know its benefits and scientific reasons

Barefoot Walking Benefits – (The Karbhari News Service) – You must walk barefoot for at least 30-40 minutes once a week i.e. Sunday or any other day.  This will not only improve your health but also prevent many diseases from roaming around you.  Let us know how this happens with the scientific reason.  (Is it good to walk Barefoot)
If you think back to your childhood, walking barefoot was a common experience 30 years ago.  Our feet were tough and adapted to the rough ground.  Onlookers are amazed when some people are seen walking barefoot these days!
Have you also noticed that babies refuse to wear shoes?  It is a natural evolutionary tendency, which reveals that our feet should not be in shoes.
But modern parents make their three-month-old babies wear pairs.  Isn’t this ridiculous?
One of the wrong reasons given by parents is that walking barefoot causes their babies to catch pneumonia!  It’s incredible to argue this from people who sat in biology class and got A grades and B grades.
However, why is barefoot walking beneficial?
  Let us start with electricity.
If you have sat in a physics class, surely you have been taught a subject called ‘Electricity’.
You may have been taught something known as electrical grounding.
Electrical devices contain electrons.  which are always discharging.  These electrons are negatively charged.  If these electrons become overcharged, they can damage equipment and cause electrical failures.
So, electricians make something.  Known as ‘Earth Wire’.  This earth wire is a metal rod that allows excess electrons to escape from the device and travel to earth and become neutral there.  It maintains the balance between escaping electrons and protons thus protecting electrical equipment.
The same phenomenon happens in our body.  Our body is divided into three layers
  – Macroscopic
  – Subtle
  – Nuclear
Macroscopic is the layer that we see with our naked eyes (head, skin, muscles, liver, intestines, etc.).
Micro layer is what we see in our labs e.g.  Tissues, cells and microorganisms
The nuclear layer is even deeper.  It is about molecules, atoms, protons, electrons and neutrons in the body.
Our body is made up of billions and billions of atoms.
99% of the atoms in the body are oxygen, carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen.  Other atoms like calcium, sodium, phosphorus etc.
These atoms are made up of protons, neutrons and electrons.
Electrons are negatively charged and occupy the outermost shell of an atom.  If an atom does not attract enough electrons, it becomes unstable and hence we call it a free radical.
Seed oil, sugar, alcohol and synthetic nutrients are responsible for destabilizing the body’s atoms by stealing extra electrons from the outer shell of atoms.
Free radicals are dangerous because they seek out other atoms to form covalent bonds, and this reaction is harmful to cells.
This damage is known as oxidative stress.
Oxidative stress causes chronic inflammation and ultimately leads to metabolic diseases, autoimmune diseases and cancer.
We are sure you have heard about ANTI-OXIDANTS.  These are electrons found in food that donate electrons to stabilize unstable, dangerous atoms known as radicals.
An example of a free radical is ROS (reactive oxygen species) which is extremely dangerous to mitochondria and is responsible for COVID19 deaths in people with metabolic diseases.
But how important is grounding or walking barefoot?
Wearing shoes with insulating soles and/or sleeping on a bed isolated from the earth’s electrical ground plane.  This has left most people disconnected from the Earth’s electrical rhythms and free electrons.
When atoms are unstable, they crave electrons.
This should be done to connect oneself with the earth.
   – Walking barefoot
  – Sleeping on the floor
  – Hugging trees
  – swimming in rivers or lakes,
Allows electrons to flow from the earth into the body to stabilize harmful atoms.
So, walk barefoot regularly to neutralize the free radicals that circulate dangerously in your body.  This is a very good workout.
