Old Wada In Pune | (Author: Ganesh Mule) | Dangerous Old Wada falling under C 1 Category in Pune city will soon be demolished. Municipal administration (Pune Municipal Corporation) has started its preparation. Notices have been sent to the concerned Wada owners. There are approximately two and a half to three thousand Wadas (old Wada) in the city of Pune and under this survey, around 1200 Wadas / Buildings have been surveyed (Old wada survey). Techburo Eng. The old wadas in Pune city are mostly in typical structures of wooden constructions and the dangerous palaces/buildings are more prone to collapse during monsoons. According to the government circular, there should not be an accident. For this it is necessary to evict these dangerous wadas/buildings before monsoon. How to classify in four stages?
C-1 means an uninhabitable, extremely dangerous building requiring immediate eviction. C-2A means to vacate the building and make structural repairs.
