| Separate portal of Rajiv Gandhi zoological park and Research Center launched

Katraj Zoo Online Ticket | Pune | Rajiv Gandhi Zoological Park and Wildlife Research Center (Rajiv Gandhi Zoological Park and Wildlife Research Center) i.e. Katraj Zoo is crowded with citizens. Because of this, citizens sometimes had to stand in queues for hours for tickets. To prevent this, Pune Municipal Corporation has launched a separate portal (Katraj Zoo Portal) for zoos. Through this, citizens can now purchase tickets online from home. This system was inaugurated today by Additional Commissioner Vikas Dhakane. This information was given by Garden Superintendent Ashok Ghorpade.

Rajiv Gandhi Zoo and Wildlife Research Center has been established by Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC Pune) in Katraj area. From tigers, lions, cheetahs, jackals to all kinds of birds, animals, snakes, we can see them in this museum. People come from all over Maharashtra to see this. It also covers school trips. On Saturdays, Sundays or other holidays, the zoo is very crowded. Almost 10 thousand citizens visit in a day. The Municipal Corporation had also increased the ticket counters. Still citizens have to queue for a long time for tickets. There were also complaints about this. Therefore, the administration took the initiative and decided to make the ticketing system online. Accordingly, the work of independent portal has been completed and it was inaugurated today.

Ghorpade said that although this system has gone online, the ticket prices will be the same as seen. There is no change in it. Ticket prices are Rs 40 for adults, Rs 10 for children and Rs 100 for foreign nationals. 200 for video camera and 50 rupees for steel camera.

Meanwhile, this online system is operated by Stark Digital Media Services Pvt. Ltd has been done by this company. This was said by the administration.

Due to the online system, convenience facilities will be available to the citizens. Earlier citizens used to spend time in queues, now that time will be saved. Therefore, citizens should take maximum advantage of this service now.
