How to Stay Healthy? Here are 9 points everyone should apply

Everyone wants to be healthy. But most of us are unaware of healthy options. Some of us knows all things but they don’t apply this. Here are 9 points, you can do daily lifestyle. That will be change your life.
1. Drink a cup of water  morning. The first thing that should enter your mouth every morning is water.
2. Add boiled eggs to your rice (if it’s rice and stew Sunday). You can have four hardboiled eggs daily and you’re doing fine. Eggs are an excellent source of protein, it contains all the essential amino acids, and it also contain nutrients such as zinc, magnesium, selenium, and much more.
3. If you can add green vegetables to your diet today, do it; it is highly recommended, and it’s good for your immune system.
4. No soda today. Soda is bad for your teeth, your liver, your heart, and your immune system.
5. Eat more meat, not less. Eat cooked meat. Your body is suited to handle meat. Both red meat and white meat are good for you. No discrimination.
6. Limit fries. The oil used (seed oils) is bad for you. The following are better options for frying, extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), coconut oil, avocado oil, butter. They are good for shallow frying. Lard is good for deep frying, ghee, too.
7. Drink water through the day. Stay hydrated. Avoid energy drinks, they’re bad for your heart.
8. If it’s rice and stew Sunday, add sliced cucumber to your rice. It’s good for your kidneys.
9. Practice gratitude. It will change your attitude, and give your a better outlook. Take at least two minutes of your time today and think about your blessings. Count them and name them, one by one.
