The hearing of the right to inherit the Ghanbhatta allowance is now on February 28
Aurangabad High Court | A petition has been filed before the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court demanding that the Ghanbhatta Allowance should remain intact. The High Court had fixed February 12 as the date for the hearing. But the hearing could not be held that day. The next hearing will now be held on February 28, 2024. Ghanbhatta work allowance inheritance rights should be maintained. A petition has been filed asking the Maharashtra government to take a firm and effective stand for this demand. The suspension of the decision announced by the government on 24th February 2023 should be lifted and the economic, educational and social upliftment of the hard workers working in the dirt has not been achieved to a large extent. Government officials should take note of this and lift the moratorium on this immediately. Such is the main demand. Meanwhile, the Ghana Bhatta Varas case is pending before the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court. (Ghanbhatta Varas Hakk)
On January 12, 2024, a hearing was scheduled before the Aurangabad Bench of the Bombay High Court regarding the rights of heirs to the inheritance. On that day, Ghanabhatta was on board for hearing the Varas case. But due to lack of time the hearing was not done. Advocate Avishkar Shelke requested the court to hear the case as soon as possible, telling the seriousness of the situation. The court then announced that the next hearing will be held on February 12, 2024. But the hearing could not be held on that day also. Now the hearing is on 28 February. The organization is trying to bring the case on board. This was said on behalf of the union.
